Information used by checkout

We use your name, email, delivery address and order information to prepare and administer purchases, calculate tax, arrange shipping, provide tracking, handle returns and resolve payment disputes. We share the necessary information with payment, order-management and delivery providers to carry out those activities.

Card payments

Secure fields supplied by Stripe send card details directly to Stripe. Our backend does not receive or store the complete card number or CVC. It stores payment references and payment status. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Browser storage

The bag is saved in local storage. Contact details remain in tab-session storage while you navigate checkout. A necessary HttpOnly session cookie links checkout to the server and expires after 24 hours. A limit of three unsuccessful payment attempts blocks that checkout for 2 hours. Stripe uses its security technologies to prevent fraud.

Retention

We normally retain identifiable customer and order details for up to 1 year. We may retain information longer where required by applicable law or necessary for an active warranty claim, refund or payment dispute. Financial records may be retained separately for required accounting purposes.

Your requests

Contact privacy@puregreenwell.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions. We take steps to verify requests and protect customer information. We do not use this notice to limit rights provided by applicable law.
