Preparation and delivery
We prepare orders within 1 business day after payment confirmation and ship from 2550 Pacific Ave #700, Dallas, TX 75226, United States. Estimated delivery is up to 5 days after dispatch. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Preparation time is additional to transit time.
Tracking
We send the shipment tracking number to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been dispatched. Please check that your email and delivery address are correct.
Shipping charges and sales tax
Standard shipping costs $0.00 USD. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and displayed before payment. Free shipping does not imply tax exemption.
Delays and cancellation
If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Where consent is required and not obtained, we cancel and promptly refund the unshipped order within the applicable legal deadline.
Missing, incorrect or damaged delivery
Email support@puregreenwell.com with your order reference. We will investigate and provide the applicable remedy. You do not need to resolve the issue with the carrier alone.
