If the device develops a problem, email support@puregreenwell.com with proof of purchase, the order reference and a description of the issue. We will review the issue and explain the applicable repair, replacement or other remedy. Contact us before returning the device.

Returns and legal rights

This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy. It does not replace, exclude or reduce statutory consumer protections or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Read the supplied manual for correct use and care.
