Eligibility
Devices and accessories may be returned, including items opened and reasonably inspected. Include the supplied accessories and proof of purchase. Original packaging is helpful but not required. Damage caused by misuse is excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns; statutory protections remain unaffected.
Start a return
Email support@puregreenwell.com within the 30-day window with your order reference. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Send the item within 14 days of receiving the label. Return shipping is paid by Pure Green Well and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds
We issue a full refund of the returned item's purchase price and applicable tax to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving the return. No store credit is required. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Free outbound shipping is not deducted. Any shorter deadline required by law applies.
Defects, damage and incorrect items
Contact us when you discover an issue. Necessary return shipping is covered by us. The voluntary 30-day return window and packaging preferences do not limit legal rights relating to defective or incorrect goods or our 2-year warranty.
Cancellations
Request cancellation before dispatch for a full refund. If the order has already shipped, follow the return process. Shipment-delay refunds follow the applicable legal deadline independently of our ordinary return process.
